Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Operations - Europe, the job holder will be responsible for customer’s order life cycle, from start to finish, while providing exceptional service to our customers and potential customers. The role encompasses the preparation of quotations, Order entry, liaising with manufacturing locations, invoicing, coordination of projects, shipment of materials, logistics and addressing customer concerns.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
- Generate and issue invoices to customers
- Coordinate shipment and logistics activities, including scheduling and tracking deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Help manage the internal system IFS for international opportunities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and logistics activities

**SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Logistics or supply chain certification would be an asset)
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination and logistics
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade regulations and logistics procedures preferred
- Prior accounting experience/ exposure to accounting would be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
