**The Opportunity**:Project Coordinator**

At HealthTrust Europe (HTE), we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our thriving organisation. At HTE you can make a difference within your role, take pride in your work and be part of a team that is taking the company into a new and exciting era.

As a Project Coordinator you will be working as part of the Project Management Team, supporting multiple small sized projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and developing task plans and monitoring task completion within the Project Management Office (“PMO”) whilst assisting Project Managers with documentation, communication and facilitating with project tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating deliverable status, both verbally and written, to project stakeholders.

**Who are we?**

Based in Edgbaston, Birmingham, we offer solutions to manage spend effectively and improve performance, working with both public (NHS) and private healthcare providers to optimise the use of products and services to identify cost saving opportunities.

**DUTIES (included, but not limited to)**:

- Organise project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan
- Administer Project SharePoint documentation libraries
- Manage the relationships of business owner(s) and team member(s) to accomplish project activities
- Monitor and reports on project activities and status within published timelines
- Help to facilitate projects by communicating with stakeholders to clarify tasks assignments, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate the creation of governance toolkits to support project implementation
- Minute and action taking to drive accountability and progress
- Keep documentation of internal change control meeting
- Collate data, update reports, and provide insights

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Demonstrable experience in project coordination or equivalent administrative Project roles
- Knowledge of PMO processes
- Capable and proactive in approach
- Maintain grace under pressure while displaying a high level of professionalism
- Align internal and external resources to achieve objectives
- Good attention to detail
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products, proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to at least one project management tool (GANTT Charts / Excel / MS Project etc)
- A desire to grow professionally with your sights set on becoming one of our future project managers and beyond
- PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent) desirable
