We have an exciting opportunity for a
**Data Administrator** to work within a custodial environment with our HMP Liverpool Drug and Alcohol Service. You will offer administrative and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards the efficient operational delivery of the services across HMP Liverpool Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service (DARS). You will provide effective and accurate data inputting and reporting, support the staff team to meet the needs of the service, and ensure all calls and visits from outside agencies and staff are dealt with promptly and courteously.

**Hours**: 37.5 hrs per week
**Salary**: £21,889.66 - £22,764.23 pro rata
**Responsibilities**:
**About The Role**:
- Work flexibly within an agreed number of hours of work to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision including evening, weekend work and Bank/Public holidays as required.
- Seek to improve personal performance, contribution, knowledge, and skills.
- Participate in appraisal, training and 1:1 process.
- Keep up to date with developments in services, legislation and practice relevant to the relevant client group.
- Ensure the implementation of all Change Grow Live policies.
- Contribute to maintaining safe systems of work, safe environment, Infection prevention and control, and Health and Safety.
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post.
**About you**:
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (eg. NDTMS, Public health
- Expertise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages
- Experience of maintaining data bases and other data management systems
- Show a capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Employ an empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users
