Nursery Room Leader

Nursery Room Leader (room to be confirmed), 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, located in Culham, Abingdon. _**Staff benefits**_ - Annual pay reviews, bonus schemes, company social events.

**Duties**:

- Help supervise, support and lead a team of nursery staff members
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to plan and coordinate special events or outings

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Level 3 or above in Childcare
- Recent UK experience working in a nursery setting as a Room Leader
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Up to date knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to get to Culham in Oxfordshire easily and can work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
