**Entertainment Instructor / Event Staff**

**Responsibilities**:
Experience is preferred but can-do attitude is much more important

In this role you will run and manage bookings on behalf of HZ Entertainment (Hamsterzorb & Inflatable Photobooth) and this will include; setting up, running and completing bookings at various job locations within generally 2 hours of the Oxford Head Office, running and maintaining equipment, overseeing and ensuring safety of both punters and staff, be the face of the company and treat customers and clients with respect, promote the company on the job to ensure repeat business and drive fresh leads to the head office team.

**Job Duties**
- Be the face of the business and provide a friendly and likeable approach to both external and internal customers at all times.
- Setup and run all Zorbing, Photobooth & Event activities as directed by the job sheet
- Drive company vans to the job site, unpack, setup, maintain equipment if needs be, clean, run equipment and set down. Report any issues with equipment so that it can be addressed
- Report back verbally on all events including any; improvements, issues, general event outcome etc.
- Ensure equipment is set up safely and be aware of issues such as; rain, debris, rocks and complete a general on-site assessment of the site to ensure the work can go ahead safely. Work with the client if there are issues and have them rectified
- Ensure generators and all electrical equipment is used safely and fuel is stored away safely
- Know the type of packages and services we offer, assess customers and promote packages and services as required and direct leads to the head office.
- Appearance to be clean and tidy at all times. Uniform will be provided and which is to be maintained to a high standard
- Jobs will be scheduled in advance, 14 days notice is required if you are unable to manage a job.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must be able to drive and have a full clean licence
- Have confidence to be the face of the company and discretion to work with all types of people
- Must feel comfortable promoting the business
- Must be able to direct staff
- Must be able to see safety issues and rectify them
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivating others and living our brand ethics
- Promoting process improvement
- First aid skills are also desirable

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £9.93-£10.57 per hour
