This job posting is for an SAP Solution Manager role, with a focus on the Change Request Management (ChaRM), Process Management, and Quality Gate Management (QGM) modules.

Mandatory:

- Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager, with a specific focus on the ChaRM, Process Management, and QGM modules
- Experience in configuring the functionality of these modules according to change management process requirements
- Strong understanding of the functionality of these modules and how they work together within the overall SAP Solution Manager landscape
- Strong experience with SAP Solution Documentation
- Good understanding of the Quality Gate Management (QGM) process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively and design elegant solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as the role involves working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

- Experience in configuring and managing all dependent modules while building SAP Solution Manager
- Knowledge of CCLM (Custom Code Lifecycle Management) and ability to configure it according to process requirements
- Knowledge of BPCA (Business Process Change Analysis) and ability to support change analysis process from a technical perspective
- Understanding of the Test Suite functionality and ability to configure it according to process requirements
- Experience in Managed system setup, on-boarding of the SAP systems to Solman system monitoring and Early Watch Alert
- Experience in preparing the Solman for the upgrade taking into consideration all enabled functionalities
- Understanding of the integration between Solman and 3rd party solution.
