Our client was founded over 35 years ago and they are a group of industries that comprises Building Products, Refurbishment Projects, Building Services and Systems to make up one of the most technically advanced, building specialists in the UK.

They are now looking for an experienced Administrator with Logistics knowledge to join their team on their brand-new facilities located in Yorkshire.

You will be responsible for assisting with the planning and scheduling of production to meet customer and contract delivery expectations.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer date change requirements are effectively communicated to all staff.
- Liaise with customers regarding scheduling changes.
- Scanning and renaming P.O.D.'s.
- Assist the production team with manufacturing scheduling for the site.
- Ensure delivery dates are kept up-to-date on the current computer system.
- Collation and translation of data/information from ERP system.
- Liaise with production team regarding scheduling changes.
- Provide scheduling information for the production team.
- Develop a process to ensure production schedule date input is accurate and is maintained.
- Assist the order processing team when required.
- Ability to plan transport from several sources to fulfil fluctuating business requirements.
- Assist the site with ad hoc duties where required.
- Assist the profiles department with machine programming.
- First Aid - training provided

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Accurate with strong attention to detail.
- A good level of numeracy.
- Experience in working with haulage companies.
- A logical and analytical approach to work, flexible attitude, motivated and reliable.
- Ability to work under own initiative; to be proactive and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Methodical and organised.

**Contractual Benefits**
- 25 days Holidays + Bank Holidays
- Monday to Thursday: From 7am to 3pm
- Friday: From 7am to 1pm
- Total of 38 hours / Week
- 2 x bonusses both discretional and based on profitability.
