We are recruiting for an experienced marketing professional to join our client based in Newark.

**Benefits**:
**Salary**: £30-35k DOE

Location: Newark, Hybrid role.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:45am-5pm Friday 9am-4pm

You will be working directly with the Marketing Manager where you will oversee the development and execution of campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities include:

- Website management: Manage and update the websites of our brands, ensure content accuracy, visual appeal, SEO compatible and user friendliness.
- Social Media: Responsible for social media updates and management of paid social advertising. Engaging with potential influencers to work with our brands, so experience working with influencers would be an advantage. Manage and analysis of social media accounts, agree campaigns by country/region. Responsible for social media advertising spend.
- Social Media Content: Assist content creators with creative ideas and communicate timelines. A focus on continuous growth and improved engagement across channels
- Digital marketing: Working knowledge of SEO, PPC and Google Adwords
- Reporting: Responsible for monthly reporting of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Social Media advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign would be advantageous
- Confident with marketing reporting and campaign performance
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles both traditional and digital marketing
- Confident with leading social media and digital marketing campaigns

Reflect Recruitment Group is operating as employment agency under the Employment Agencies Act 1973.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
