Nexus Packaging Ltd is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions across plastic, paper and metal materials. We are seeking an ambitious and career-driven Business Associate to join our Business Team to support with existing customer management, supply chain co-ordination and business development. This role is perfect for someone who is keen to progress within our organisation and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Order Management**: Efficiently process new orders and address supply chain issues.
- **Delivery Coordination**: Ensure that deliveries from suppliers are coordinated effectively.
- **Sales and Marketing Support**: Assist in quoting for new business within existing and prospective accounts, develop marketing materials and participate in product presentations and sales pitches.
- **Price File Management**: Update and maintain accurate price files.
- **Relationship Management**: Oversee customer and supplier relationship management, ensuring strong and beneficial partnerships.
- **Market Research**: Engage in market research and prospecting for new sales opportunities.
- **Contract Negotiations**: Participate in negotiations to secure profitable contracts.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant business degree (2:1 or higher preferred) or equivalent.
- First-class communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in business management and sales.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage is advantageous.
- A valid driving license.
