Photography Course Leader

**Part time (part office & part remote working)**

**Initially 2 days per week (16 hours per week)**

**£13.50 per hour and £14.50 overtime (occasional weekend availability)**

Sharp Shots are based in Westcott near Dorking and provide photography courses/tuition for kids and teens.

We are expanding both our in-person and online course business and are looking for a motivated and patient photographer with a fun attitude, who enjoys teaching photography, creating interesting blogs and social content.
- **Requirements for the role - **_
- A competent photographer with a technical understanding of photography and camera mechanics. (relevant qualifications valued but not required)
- Ready to teach and lead children and teens
- Ability to create good engaging social content.
- Driving licence and own form of transport

Basic training will be given. This position would be ideal for a person who has graduated within the last 5 years, a photographer interested in moving into online/in-person tutoring or an individual with a keen photography interest returning to the workforce following parenting.
- **The main roles**:_
- Lead and teach photography at after school clubs & small venue workshops.
- Assess and write students course assessments for final certification.
- Online commenting and feedback for students photography work.
- Create engaging social content through ‘Later’ app for F’book, Twitt and Insta. Additionally create weekly blogs.
- **Secondary roles**:_
- Post Sharp Shots online courses on different web platforms.
- Creative and showing initiative
- Confident and engaging when teaching children and teens
- Organised and diligent with attention to detail
- Integrity and trustworthy

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
