Customer Care Liaison

Solar Norvik Ltd is recruiting for the role of Customer Care Liaison. This role will be based within the Barnsley office.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
To control all aspects of customer service for New Build in a particular region, dealing with customers complaints fast, effectively and correctly while maintaining the service engineers’ diaries. To aid others with overflow administration tasks for other regions
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure targets on a day-to-day basis are achieved on their region while developing a good working relationship with the developers.
- To maintain regular communication with all customers and colleagues.
- To work closely with our client’s customer service/remedial departments.
- Deputise for Customer Care Team Leader in their absence.
- To answer and deal with customer complaints and enquiries.
- To perform other job-related duties as assigned by the department manager.
To be considered for the role, applicants must have the following job specific knowledge and skills:
- UPVC window and fabrication knowledge, advantageous
- Ability to operate Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- IT Literate
- Administrative skills
- Customer focused
- Team player
- Organised
- Clear thinker
Individuals must have impeccable communication and decision-making skills with a “right first time” attitude.
