We are currently recruiting for a support worker for a residential service based in Taunton. The home is a 5 bedded specialist ASC service for adults aged 25-25 with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, complex need and behaviours that may challenge.

You will need to be flexible with shifts, shift patterns are:

- 08:00 - 20:00
- 20:00 - 08:00

**Information**:

- Location: TA2
- Hourly Rate: £11.00 - £20.00 per hour
- Contract: Full time/Part time
- Start Date: On completion of recruitment process

**Your duties as a Support Worker**:

- Eating out
- Visit to local parks
- Encourage new skill development
- Activities (bowling, cinema, swimming)
- Empowering residents to be as independent as possible
- Listening to music
- Attending appointments
- Personal care support
- Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include - but not be limited to - finances, shopping, cooking, cleaning etc)
