Join the Strategic Foresight team on a mission to Lead the Future of Snacking by helping MDLZ to become more future-oriented organization.
In this role you will be directly responsible for or contribute into the three vital areas of Strategic Foresight function:
- Developing and maintaining vibrant Strategic Foresight community within organization with the focus to enhance the adoption of Strategic Foresight methods and tools in the company;
- Leading overall communication plan with various stakeholder groups inside and outside organization, including foresight education agenda;
- Providing administrative support for foresight projects.

Become an expert in Strategic Foresight method and tools including proprietary Interactive Trend Management Platform (FTR) through continuous learning on the job and additional self-education;
**_Develop thriving internal Strategic Foresight community across geographies and functions _**
- Strongly contribute into the development of Strategic Foresight community vision and implementation plan;
- Build stakeholder engagement plan to achieve awareness, understanding, buy-in and support for the Strategic Foresight community participation and activities among key stakeholder groups;
- Create and own solid trusted relationships through strong collaboration and coordination with key stakeholder groups inside organization, work with them to understand their vision, objectives, and opportunities for strategic partnership;
- Maintain and support Strategic Foresight community and its key activities: on-board new members, schedule and conduct regular meetings and activities, keep members of community updated through regular communication, keep track of progress for agreed activities to make sure deadlines and commitments are observed;
- Support Strategic Foresight community members in building awareness, knowledge, and usage of Strategic Foresight method in their respective functions / business units by providing them with tools, support materials and participating in relevant discussion forums / events.
**_Lead Strategic Foresight communication and education planning and implementation _**
- Lead the development and implementation of Strategic Foresight communication and education plans targeting various stakeholder groups, develop and maintain an internal communications and events calendar/tracker;
- Ensure Strategic Foresight initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to key stakeholders and wider community with proper selection of media channels;
- Plan and coordinate the development of education and e-learning materials and build tailor-made educational plan for key stakeholder groups to increase awareness and promote Strategic Foresight method and tools.
- Continuously scout the market for new trend report sources, new tools, and potential partners, test their services, writing summary reports and recommendations; add resources to Strategic Foresight intelligence library.
**_Providing administrative support for foresight projects _**
- budget planning and tracking;
- coordinating documentation (contracts, statements of work, purchase orders) between suppliers and MDLZ procurement, legal and accounting departments to insure timely execution and compliance.

- effective collaboration and facilitation skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to drive group discussion towards a cohesive and effective outcome;
- good planning and project management skills, sense of urgency and high attention to detail, high degree of autonomy and ownership of your work;
- good data literacy and data management and analysis skills: good knowledge of Excel is a must; basic knowledge of Tableau would be an advantage.
