**The Bull Inn located in the heart of the Cotswolds in a stunning and inspiring location is looking for Part-time and Full Time Waiting Staff**

**Salary**: £12ph + dependant on experience + tronc

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and escort them to their table.
- Take customer orders and delivering food and beverages ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Make menu recommendations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent waiting service to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and organised the dining area including setting tables, clearing plates, etc.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- English is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
