**Responsibilities**:
As an Apprentice Tutor/Assessor, you will be at the heart of our educational initiatives, guiding and mentoring apprentices to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering Engaging Sessions: Conduct face-to-face, online, and workshop sessions to apprentices, ensuring an interactive and inspiring learning experience.

2. Assessment: Evaluate the progress and performance of apprentices through effective assessment methods, providing constructive feedback for their development.

3. Support and Guidance: Offer support, advice, and guidance to apprentices to help them overcome challenges and stay motivated on their educational journey.

4. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials, making sure they are up-to-date and align with industry standards.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of apprentices’ progress, assessments, and achievements.

6. Travel: Be prepared to travel as necessary to meet with apprentices, attend workshops, and collaborate with local and national partner companies.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A strong passion for education and mentoring.
- Previous experience in teaching, assessing, or tutoring is highly desirable.
- A recognized qualification in your respective field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.
- A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to meet apprentices and partners.
