Cheshire East Individual Budgets is a mental health, community based service, working to a recovery model. We provide a range of support services for people with mental ill health to access in their local community, support with appointments and includes outreach support. The Areas we cover are Crewe, Sandbach, Middlewich, Nantwich and Macclesfield. This is a 9am - 5.00pm service 7 days a week. Successful applicants will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, including some weekends on a rota basis. We have been operating in these areas for a number of years.
We know that recovery can look and feel very different to each and every one of us. But we also know that if we provide the right support, at the right time, we can inspire recovery nationwide and that recovery is possible for everyone. That’s where you come in. Responsible for helping and inspiring the people who use our services to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community, we’ll rely on you to work with them to come up with a personal support plan that will see them achieve their goals and aspirations. Whether it’s developing their domestic and finance management skills or accessing work, leisure or educational opportunities, one thing’s for sure ‐ you will have every chance to shine.

There are two permanent roles available.
There is one full time position for 37.5 hours per week and one part time position for 18.75 hours a week (flexible).
