The Estates Management Team of 40 directly employed staff forms part of the Estates and Facilities Directorate within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The Team provides planned/reactive maintenance and emergency services 24/7, 365 days a year to 96 buildings across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, and Derbyshire,and for any other sites that Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust cover under contracts.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and hardworking Painter to work as part of the Estates Maintenance Team. The post holder will form part of the existing multiskilled team responsible for the building maintenance and minor refurbishments of the Trust.
It is important that NHS buildings are well-decorated and in good repair. Hospitals, clinics and headquarters buildings are expected to be safe and pleasant places for patients, staff and visitors. **Experience in painting and decorating is essential.
