£5.28 as the NMW for the first 3 months of apprenticeship and after that to match the NMW to the pay rate of their age, with further salary review after the 1st year.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**

The focus for this role would be to provide support to customer service/order processing team, stock control and warehouse coordinators.

This role would also include developing, improving, and maintaining administration processes for KPI package, CDR management and to provide support with BRC records and processes.

This role will also include overview of transport operations on site and opportunity to work on reporting, transport related administrative tasks and projects.
- Supporting current order processing team with day-to-day tasks (order processing, Checking Receipt, Case Picking and Dispatch documentation, Liaising with Warehouse and Transport Departments to ensure achievement of plans, Archiving Documents etc.)
- Working closely and supporting stock control team and warehouse supervisors (stock system update & warehouse diary updates etc.)
- Data capture and input for Customers KPI’s
- CDR record updates - ensuring CDRs are captured in CDR log and followed up/closed by the relevant department
- Support with BRC records and preparations

This apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace. You will have a dedicated assessor who will provide guidance and monitor progress throughout. You will have access to an online portfolio to allow you to monitor your progress and log work completed.
