OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
This role will be working for my client based in Letchworth and may lead to a permanent position for the right person
Days - Monday to Friday
Hours - Flexible on hours and be to suit school pick up if needed 9.30-3.00pm
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing paperwork for stock checks
Interaction with other departments to investigate and resolve stock issues
Daily running & updating of reports
Checking & ordering packaging for the Warehouse
To undertake any additional admin duties as required.
General office duties including copying, scanning & filing of documents
General support in factory, cleaning and supervising of factory
Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
Self-motivated with a positive, ‘Can Do’ attitude
Ability to prioritise and organise workload
Excellent attention to detail
Must have experience with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong work ethic and initiative with the ability to work without supervision
Accurate, thorough and willing to see things through to the end
Use integrity, whilst dealing appropriately with sensitive & confidential information
Good communication skills, both verbal & written
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions & respond to management direction
Enjoy working with people and be able to work as part of a team
Previous experience in an office/Admin environment is preferred
Full training on their internal systems will be provided.
