**Pharmacist Pay Rate**: £33 - £35 per hour (assignment rate)

**Location: **West Heath Hospital, Birmingham

**Contract Type**: Locum - Ongoing contract

**Requirements of the Pharmacist**:

- GPHC Registration
- Previous experience within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
- NVQ or equivalent - Pharmacist qualification
