My Delhi Indian Streetery is on the lookout for experienced Restaurant Host/Hostess.

We’re an award-winning Indian Street Food restaurant serving a slice of Delhi’s authentic cuisines at our Leicester branch.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
- Strive to maximise the number of guests seated, balancing walk-ins and reservations.
- Collect and relay important guest information (allergies, special occasions) to servers for a personalised experience.
- Manage takeaway orders, coordinating pickups and deliveries promptly.
- Maintain a manned host station for guest departures.
- Ensure guests' expectations are met throughout their visit.
- Promptly guide arriving guests to their tables.
- Accurately communicate wait times to walk-in guests.
- Proficiently use the reservation management system to manage guest flow.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and assist with enquiries.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant to address questions confidently.

**Skills**
- Enthusiastic personality suited for a hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and menu items.
