High inflation and rocketing energy bills mean most public service workers are worried how they are going to afford to feed their family and heat their home in the weeks ahead. UNISON is campaigning for real terms pay rises for all public service workers.

Our projects open great opportunities for existing members and activists who think they’ve got what it takes to work in a dynamic team, helping to recruit new members, identify and develop the next generation of activists and a build a network of union ambassadors advocating and representing members. If this is you, or someone you know, we would like to support that interest.

We are doing an online ‘familiarisation’ session where we will talk more about the role, what you can expect working as an organiser for UNISON, and the process of applying, with some helpful hints and tips along the way. The session will be held on **Tuesday, 21 May 2024** starting at **6:30 pm** lasting no more than an hour.
