Our client develops highly intelligent software that is crucial to protecting vital information for some of the most established organisations, such as Governments, Businesses, Museums, Libraries and more. This SaaS solution preserves digital informationby storing it safely in multiple places, updating the format/versions of files and restricting access.

In this UX/UI Lead role, you will be the key player when it comes to the UX function of the organisation. Extensive experience in UX design best practises is a must and you will be growing, mentoring and guiding your team to success. This UX/UI Team Leadwill be contributing to the new roadmap, building on existing frameworks and working with Figma at an advanced level.

Required experience for the UX/UI Lead role:

- Extensive experience of UX Design.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Excellent communication, confident in dealing with stakeholder groups.
- Good understanding of accessibility.

Nice to have’s in this UX/UI Lead role:

- BSc Degree in Computer Science, BA in Multimedia or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a similar sector or a SaaS based organisation.

This position can be a fully remote role, or hybrid. There is an expectation to visit the office in Abingdon at least once per quarter. A salary of £70,000 is available along with a generous benefits package including a performance bonus, learning and developmentand private healthcare.
