In this KS2 Phase Leader post, you will be managing the development of the KS2 stage as a whole. You will be ensuring that there is a high quality of teaching delivered through the school through CPD. Day-to-day, you will be teaching with the latest schoolresources, giving you a modern and dynamic setting in which to deliver exceptional lessons. Your duties will include taking charge of the department's resources and taking instruction from a talented Headteacher.

To be successful, you will be an enthusiastic proven KS2 Teacher seeking greater responsibility or a current confident KS2 Phase Leader who is looking to prove themselves in a new environment. You will possess the flexibility and adaptability to work bothas part of a close-knit unit and via your own volition. The school wants to see experienced teachers who have experience in delivering management programmes and superb organisational and communication skills.
