**Technical Sales Estimator** required to join a leading manufacturing business based in Sittingbourne. The business have experienced significant growth in the last few years and continue to lead the way with a supportive and strong people focusedethic.

Working Monday - Friday this role is available for immediate hire on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the **Technical Sales Estimator**:

- Dealing with enquiries and provide technical support internally and externally to solve problems and promote ideas and products
- Working alongside the external sales team to ensure customer's requirements are understood and expectations are met.
- Training customers, distributors and internal staff.
- Preparation of quotations including clarification of detail from customers and external sales team
- Providing a strong technical and design based service across all areas
- Working on projects to complete within the agreed timeframe
- Dealing with Customer Complaints and Process Improvements Requests and providing solutions and improvements
- Customer service experience in a pressurised and fast paced role
- Experience in Internal sales and/or estimating
- Experience working with internal CRM Systems and CAD knowledge
- Work with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Hold strong aptitude for understanding technical information
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
