**As a Store Supervisor - your day might look like this**:

- Deputising for the Store Manager in leading and supporting the team
- Supporting the Store Manager on a day-to-day basis, coordinating the team and deliveries so we meet our customers’ needs
- Advising our customers on the best products for their project and making it easy for them to buy from us
- Being a role model to the team and helping them to deliver as well as you do
