We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our clients’ expanding team of production technicians, manufacturing stainless steel components, for the automotive, utilities and food industries based close to Meadowhall andthe M1 motorway in Sheffield.

**About the role
**As a Welder / Fabricator, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and dedicated industry professionals to develop your skills, within a dynamic company which also offers the opportunity to progress your career in the industry andyour responsibilities will include:

- Successfully achieving the daily planned production schedule
- Maintaining and striving to improve, production quality
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the workshop

**About You
**As a Welder / Fabricator you must have a professional approach to work and possess the drive and energy to contribute to a flexible, fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall performance and growth of both companies and you must have / be:

- Experienced in TIG welding (MIG advantageous)
- Able to produce work of a high standard within given time constraints
- Have a good attendance and timekeeping record
- Open to new ideas and make a positive contribution to the team
- Experience of small component fabrication in 1.5mm to 3mm wall thickness would be advantageous

**About the rewards
**As a Welder/Fabricator you will work Monday to Friday 42 hours a week and receive an excellent salary of £13 to £15 per hour dependent upon experience plus:

- Staff uniform (including PPE)
- Daytime work only (choice of 2 shift patterns Mon-Fri)
- 28 days holidays including bank holidays, (increases with service)
- Overtime available after initial training (at 1½ x rate)
- Pension Scheme
- Staff Parking
