We are working with a large SEN Secondary school in Merstham who are looking for experienced and qualified SEN Teaching Assistants to start when the new academic year begins in September. The school is an independent, coeducational, day school which caters for students across Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 with EHC Plans of social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties and a range of additional learning difficulties including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

**Your key duties as a Learning Support Assistant will be to**:

- Support students 1:1 and on a small group basis
- Follow IEPs.
- Manage any challenging behaviour.
- Work under the direction of the class teacher.

It is essential that you have previous experience supporting pupils with SEN and being able to help children with their work who are academically struggling.

The school is set in a suburban site in Merstham, Redhill in a nice residential area.

You will be rewarded with excellent rates of pay of £80 - £85 per day. If you are interested in this position and have a passion for helping SEN children achieve the best that they can every day, then please send your CV ASAP
