We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic secondary school in Hexham which prides itself on the quality of Education delivered to its students. You will be part of a really motivated and driven school cover team and will gain unrivalled experience during your time here.

As a
**Cover Supervisor,** you will be expected to:

- Take responsibility for groups or classes of students
- Be organised and pro-active
- Take registers where needed
- Liaise with teaching staff regarding work set for a class
- Manage the behaviour of students to ensure an environment that is conducive to learning and good conduct
- Respond to any questions and deal with any immediate problems or emergencies in accordance with the school's policies and procedures

**You Must**:

- Be able to inspire and motivate and build rapport
- Have high expectations for students learning achievement and behaviour
- Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
- Be creative, friendly and approachable
- Be available at least 3 full days per week

In addition to that, we are currently offering £100 for the successful referral of either Teachers or Teaching Assistants
