A leading UK Education recruitment agency is looking to expand their team in Derby by hiring new recruitment consultants to nurture their Primary, Secondary and SEN desks. **The Role;**

Your role will be to:

- Delight your customers through strong relationships, leading customer care and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff
- Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with key decision makers
- Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives

**Who You Are;**
- Are passionate about the difference education can make in the world
- **Education Recruitment experience essential.**:

- Great written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisation skills and can adopt a project management mindset; be able to prioritise, organise and effectively manage your own desk
- Enjoy teamwork and are able to demonstrate autonomy and initiative

**What They Offer;**
- 40 days of annual leave per year
- Competitive salary package (£25,000 to £40,000 DOE)
- Hybrid working model - 3 or 4 days a week working from home
- Great commission package - 10% as standard with no threshold and accelerator on earnings

- Reduced working hours in school holidays (9am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-4pm)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
