**Working in either the main or banqueting kitchen your main role is to support the kitchen and food service teams by providing a clean safe working environment and equipment.**
**Hours will mainly be starting at 1pm and working to 9pm. (earlier finishing times may be available).**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cleaning and storage of all crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment as required.
- Ensure that all surfaces in the area are kept clean and are fully cleaned down before finishing the shift.
- Assisting with cleaning of staff areas as requested.
- Ensure the correct use of different cleaning chemicals and materials as per manuals and supervisors’ guidance
- Adhere to all regulations in respect of Health and Safety, Hygiene, Guest Safety, Fire Regulations, Emergency Procedures and COSHH
**Key Requirements for the Role**:
- Experience of working in a similar role and/or environment would be a distinct advantage.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
- Strong communication skills to ensure you can communicate well with all departments on site.
- Enthusiastic and motivated, with a good eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: Up to £10.42 per hour
