This permanent post has been created for you to support the Office Manager, ensuring efficient running of, and high standards of the premises and its facilities are well maintained.

As Facilities Coordinator here no two days will be the same. The job is reactive, varied and will require you to work around the building turning your hand to what ever is needed to ensure the business premises and its facilities are working well and looking great.

This is an exciting time to join this business. Not only do they have confident growth plans over the next 5 years, but this new post has been created with you in mind, intending to give you the opportunity to evolve with them. The business is invested in developing you, by increasing your responsibilities over time and encouraging you to study for a qualification in Facilities Management, if this appeals to you.

**The company offer a generous range of benefits, including lunch and your office is conveniently accessible by car and public transport to the St Ives from Cambridge or Huntingdon. Parking is also on site.**

Please note, this is a non-negotiable, full-time office based job due to the nature of your work. **Hybrid is not available**.

**An over view of what you can expect to be doing here**:

- Providing welcoming hospitality to visitors
- Booking out and managing meeting rooms
- Arranging UK and overseas post and parcel deliveries
- Managing in house facility contracts, renewals, quotes, and terms
- Ordering in house office consumables, stationery, and cleaning products
- Managing daily lunch orders and organising company meeting buffets
- Undertaking adhoc facility related projects
- Have a respectable education/ grades
- Exude confident and sociable interpersonal skills
- Have high personal and professional standards
- Be a very efficient colleague, willing to turn your hand to what is needed for the best of the company, the wider team and the external associates you will come into contact with.
