About the role of Sous Chef

We are now recruiting for a Sous Chef who will assist the Head Chef in building a motivated team that have an excellent working partnership with the catering front of house and other departmental teams.
- The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in all aspects of planning, organising and communicating.
- The Sous Chef will provide food that not only is in line with the agreed internal and legal standards, but also that exceeds our guests’ expectations in flavour, substance and presentation.
