**Duties**:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and update menus to ensure variety and quality of food offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cost-saving strategies
- Manage kitchen budget and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding food quality or service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen equipment operation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a commercial kitchen
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus

- Food safety: 1 year (preferred)
