**The Role**:
Based in Lichfield in Staffordshire, you will be expected to work from the Lichfield Office and will have the option to also work from home a couple of days per week.

The role is part time and hours can be negotiated, to meet your requirements.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

Support the HR Manager with HR admin

Support the implementation and follow-through of all relevant global and local HR policies and processes

Enable and support line managers to be successful in their role (onboarding) and support employees in HR matters

Play active part in employee engagement and in creating a positive work environment

Ensure accurate set-up and handling of employee data

Professionally manage relationships with various stakeholders

Be an active member of the UK HR team and support global HR project implementation

**Qualifications and Work Experience**

2 - 3 years experience in an HR or busy office environment

Experience of HR information Systems (ideally Dynamics 365) an advantage

Excellent IT skills, including Excel and other Information systems

**Skills and Competencies**

Ability to understand business challenges and provide solutions to improve business success

The ability to build relationships

Ability to prioritise tasks, and keep self focused on deliverables

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
