Delivery Consultant

Look no further The Recruitment Crowd is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Delivery Consultant (Resourcer). This position is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for resourcing and liaising with clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.**

**Position**:Delivery Consultant (Resourcer)

**Hours**:Monday to Friday - hours between 8am until 5:30pm

**Pay**:£22,000 to £25,000 per annum + bonus and other benefits

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market knowledge, and any changes that may impact recruitment strategies.
- Effectively manage and coordinate the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
- Liaise closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and be self-motivated.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license and access to own vehicle are mandatory.
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, as required.
