This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive our valuation services in the vibrant Midlands market while being part of a nationally renowned firm dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the valuation team's operations in Birmingham, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain client relationships, providing expert advice and delivering high-quality valuation services.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support clients' needs and contribute to the firm's growth objectives.
Stay updated on market trends and regulations to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
**Requirements**:
MRICS qualification with extensive experience in commercial property valuation.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering valuation services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
