Shifts between Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm

- Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
- Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.
**About the role**
We are looking to recruit a Day Concierge at our site based in Sandwell. We are looking for someone to provide a security and signposting function to customers as part of a 24 hour service, raising any concerns, and reporting these in line with policy and procedure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receiving visitors and customers at reception in a professional, polite, and courteous manner and deal with all routine enquiries, challenging where appropriate
- Undertaking routine building checks to ensure security, health and safety and general tidiness of building and maintain the CCTV
- Co-ordinating access for services to the building
- Ensuring the removal of illegally stored items in and around the site
- Responding to emergencies via use of specialist agencies
- Keeping accurate and appropriate recordings of activities undertaken throughout the day
- Liaising with support staff to ensure the customer’s needs are continually met
- To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people and children in line with Safeguarding regulations.
- Play an active role in working flexibly to support the service as and when necessary
- Any other duties as required by the role
