We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensing Executive, responsible for driving the sourcing and managing our licensing deals.

As Licensing Executive, you will work directly with the Marketing Director, responsible for identifying and managing deal memos, contracts, and relationships directly with IP owners and agents. You will be working with a focus on building and maintaining a close relationship with our key partners, while improving commercial terms for the company. The Giftware/Collectibles industry offers a wide range of creative opportunities whereas as marketing professional you will get to remain at the cutting edge of your field. You will deal with major international entertainment brands and deals covering several continents.

- **Be accountable for;**
- Negotiate, review and secure sign-off of new deals and contract renewals to facilitate company growth
- Produce and manage licensing performance forecasts to share with Finance and manage an internal performance dashboard
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with current licensors, targets and general licensing professionals and attend trade fairs
- Develop and constantly update personal knowledge of Pop Culture trends and classics. Highlighting growth opportunities to stakeholders
- Maintain clear records of individual contracts, their associated rights and limitations communication to all departments

**You will have success here if your skills enable you to;**
- Negotiate, review and secure sign-off of deal memos for new international licensing contracts
- Negotiate, review and secure sign-off of deal memos for international licensing contracts renewals
- Liaise with Finance and Product Development to provide quarterly and yearly forecasts for new and existing licenses
- Liaise with Finance to create and update our licenses performance dashboard
- Monitor contractual obligations to ensure they are honoured and communicate status regularly to the business
- Identify opportunities to maximize exploitation of existing contracts and ensure opportunities are not missed
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with the relevant IP owners, coordinating regular meetings with Licensors and relevant representatives
- Provide up-to-date reporting on the Pop Culture trends to the business and the Board of Directors
- Develop personal knowledge about Pop Culture latest trends in every category relevant to the company: Movies, TV Shows, Music, Video Games, Comics, Anime/Manga
- Maintain clear records of individual contracts, their associated rights, and limitations
