Firepit and Kiln is a restaurant and pottery painting studio dedicated to providing a

fun and relaxing environment for families and friends to come together to enjoy great

food and creative freedom.

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as

Creative Assistants/FOH waitstaff in our restaurant and pottery painting studio.

We offer a variety of pottery pieces for painting. We welcome artists of all ages and

skill levels and host parties and special events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing guidance and inspiration for their pottery

painting projects.
- Maintain a clean and organised studio environment.
- Prepare pottery pieces for painting, including cleaning and setting up workstations.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant team during peak hours in a fast-paced restaurant

environment.
- Process customer transactions and assist customers with ordering food from our

main restaurant.
- Help organise and facilitate studio events and parties.
- Ensure all studio supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive studio experience for all

visitors.

Desired Experience:

- Passion for art and creativity; experience with pottery painting or ceramics is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.(required)
