Blair West are delighted to be working with an established North East business in thier search for a HR Coordinator. This is a support role and would suit someone who has previous experience of a similar role.
**The Oppertunity**:
- Assist the HR team with the coordination of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with preparation of offer letters and new hire paperwork
- Provide admin support to the HR team
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive canddiate experince throughout the process.
- Work with selected recruiters and Universities
- Up date staff records
- Previous experience of working in a HR Team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- The ability to work with confidential information
- Familiar to work with social media platforms to assist with recruitment
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
