**Based in Newbury, Berkshire**

We are currently working with a Global Fine Chemicals Company who are looking for a QA Officer to join their Quality Department. The QA team are responsible for providing and maintaining robust quality processes across the group as well as providing support to other departments when required.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and non-conforming products.
- Responding to customer queries and documentation requests.
- Monitoring recorded issues in M-Files.
- Liaising with the QC team to discuss retest and OOS analysis results.
- Assist with regulatory compliance issues.
- Work closely with the QA teams on our other sites in the development of our global QA system.

**Your Background**:

- Experience in analytical chemistry and or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of common analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC and NMR etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Willingness to be flexible when faced with changing priorities.
