**Senior Sales Negotiator**

**As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for**:

- Increasing new business levels and increasing market share
- Driving the sales department and producing results
- Generating and carrying out valuations
- Generating and carrying out viewings
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Show leadership skills when needed

**You will have the following skills / experience**:

- Previous experience in the industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and win business
- Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
- Proven track record of generating and winning business

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual within the estate agent industry to become a crucial asset to the team.

**Salary**:£22,000 - £28,000 + commission

**OTE**: £35,000 +
