A new role has arisen within our growing business, Heler Foods Packing, our cheese packing site located in Minffordd, North Wales.

The site is designed to blend, extrude, slice and pack a wide range of sizes and formats of cheese supplying to our customers worldwide.

Based in our busy warehouse, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, working on a 4 on 4 off shift, duties will include:
**Responsibilities**

Deliver compliance with H&S, hygiene, GMP and food safety standards.

Ensure safe operation, and driver compliance with MHE fleet & all site racking.

Ensure correct rotation of all Cheese, FG, and packaging stock.

Deliver packaging & RM’s to line to optimize production.

Maintain accurate outbound paperwork, ensuring rotation of stock.

Working with Transport optimize Transport planning and cost.

Demonstrate a full understanding of the department processes, systems and communicate to the team to optimize Warehouse efficiencies.

Have excellent communication skills, with ability to motivate others.

Assist the Warehouse Manager to deliver all departmental KPI’s and objectives.

**KPI’s: (based on performance of specific area only).**

Staffing levels, skill levels and output.

High GMP standards

Near Miss and Hazard Reporting.

Non-Conformance Close Out

Accurate outbound paperwork

Customer service level

Product waste

**Key Tasks**:

- Ensure a safe working environment is always maintained, closing all actions from H&S and GMP audits on time.
- Plan daily labour with the support of Warehouse Manager ensuring skills to match requirements, whilst assisting to identify and deliver training needs for all direct reports.
- Ensuring that daily inbound and outbound requirements are met, whilst maintaining (and improving) targets on vehicle turnaround and load optimisation.
- As required deliver daily staff briefs, and act as the team interface across the wider business.

**Experience / Qualifications**:
Proven Supervisor skills to lead a team to deliver customer service effectively and motivate others.

**Essential**

Have full understanding of all Company policies including H&S and Environmental

Understanding of Chilled Warehouse operations

Practical understanding of stock rotation and management

Strong communication, numeracy, and literacy skills

**HOURLY RATE - £14.71 + 14% SHIFT PREMIUM = £16.76**

**Salary**: £16.76 per hour
