**About Us**: Arrow Film Converters is a family run flexible print packaging business based in Castleford. We are a growing business who is rapidly expanding and as a result, we are looking for Flexographic Printers to join our growing team.

**The Person**: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company. Before applying, please ensure you meet the below essential criteria.
- Previous or current **wide web** flexographic printing experience with wide web press **NOT gravure.**:

- Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast moving and demanding environment while still maintaining standards set within the business.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Good attendance and timekeeping.

**The Role**: Main duties will include but are not restricted to:

- Setting up and running a 8 colour wide web press
- Monitor and control print quality
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to (e.g. PPE, health and safety, hygiene)
- Complete all related paperwork and input data onto our bespoke in house system accurately to ensure print quality checks can be carried out, as per training given.
- Ensure press speeds are always optimised
- Ensure any defect print is highlighted to the Production Manager and that the product affected are highlighted clearly
- Provide holiday cover in line with production agreement, and provide sickness cover where possible
- Ensure effective shift handover is carried out
- Maintain good housekeeping

**Hours and Salary**: Your working hours will be average 40 hours per week on a continental style shift pattern Monday - Friday. We offer a competitive salary and plenty of overtime is also available due to the growth of our business.

**NO WEEKENDS** unless for overtime.

- 12 hour shift
