Property Adviser

Our Glasgow, West End office are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join their team as a Property Adviser/Senior Property Adviser. A company vehicle will be made available for use. A Full UK driving licence is essential.
- ROLE OF DEPARTMENT
- Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
- Successfully convert valuations to new business
- Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for client’s properties
- Maintain and manage an active database of buyers
- Negotiate the best possible offer for each client
- Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
- Provide an efficient, reliable, and professional service at all times
- JOB PURPOSE
- A multifaceted estate agency position focused on:

- 1. Getting properties on to the market
- 2. Finding buyers/tenants for the properties we are marketing

3. Maximising business leads for other legal and financial services
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords
- Coordinate viewings
- Conduct viewings
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Negotiate offers
- Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
- Cross sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Cross sell legal and financial services to clients
- Maximise every business opportunity by maintaining a regular dialogue with clients
- Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc)
- Assist with property admin and carry out other duties as directed by branch manager
