**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette with a polite and clear communication style
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Professional appearance with a welcoming demeanour

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Flexitime
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
