Working within the Operations department you will be working with a fun and enthusiastic team who are looking for an equally motivated individual to join them.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Assembly of electro-mechanical products from start to finish
- Following assembly drawings, standard operating procedures, and general good manufacturing practices
- Carrying out Factory Acceptance Testing during and after assembly process
- Carrying out quality control inspections during assembly process and on end of line products
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults on products during assembly process
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults on customer returns
- Maintaining production tooling and equipment and ensuring calibration records are up to date
- Using initiative to make improvements to workflow efficiency and overall productivity
- Generating Non-Conformance Reports for supplier and process non-conformances
- Assisting R&D and Manufacturing Engineering teams in building and testing prototypes during Production Release projects

**Skills required**:

- Experienced in intricate electro-mechanical assembly and testing
- Experienced in following assembly drawings and standard operating procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
- IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong written and communication skills
- Organised and capable of working towards a production scheduled
- Set and maintain excellent levels of quality
- Able to react and adapt in a dynamic & fast paced working environment as required

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: up to £30,000.00 per year
