We now have an exciting opportunity for a**Back of House Manager**with a passion for doing a consistent, high-quality job. You will be a natural born leader who strives to help the team achieve the best standards possible.

We are looking for a **Back of House Manager**:

- Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the job they do.
- Who build's excellent relationships with kitchen and Front of House team members to keep everything running smoothly.
- You will be highly organised and proactive with a strong knowledge of kitchen operations in a busy environment
- Strong at administration and organisation with an eye for the detail
- Oversee the running and operation of the stewarding department
- Managing team rota's training and Recruitment
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt when required

As a**Back of House Manager**you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days holiday per year (pro rata) this increases with service
- Salary: £34'775
