Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Group Treasurer on a permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road offices.

**A bit about the role**:
As a Group Treasurer, you will deliver a comprehensive and compliant treasury function for a group equivalent to a FTSE 250 corporate on a value for money basis. To promote the Treasury function and take a major role in all key funding activities externally and internally across the Peabody Group. Some of the key results for the role include:

- Develop funding strategy and treasury management policies to support all group functions consist with Group strategy.
- Manage relationships with funders, investors, credit rating agencies, and retail banks and negotiate new and existing arrangements.
- Ensure appropriate cash flow and liquidity across the group to meet strategic needs, including managing all intra group funding arrangements.
- Provide support to the wider business in assessing new ventures including funding strategy options for these, including for joint ventures.
- Ensure compliance in treasury and related funding activities with regulatory, legal, public debt listing and similar obligations.
- Oversee and maximise the performance of the treasury team, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and appropriate procedures and controls are in place.
- This role will require a minimum of one day working in the Westminster Bridge Road office._
